Job Description:
Rocky Fork Ranch has an opening for a customer operations coordinator. Our customer operations coordinators are the first person many of our guest meet and set the tone for the rest of their stay. This is a full time, year round position which will include the option to enroll in health insurance, life insurance and our 401k program.
Our customer operations coordinators are responsible for our guests' reservations and registrations and also help with point of sale and food service. We are looking for the right outgoing person to join our team in this fun and exciting environment.

Duties:
Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person by being enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful.
Help guests book reservations, check in and answer questions about the ranch and Travel Resorts of America.
Cash handling and cash register usage
Prepare food items and complete guest transactions at register.
Complete and maintain paperwork regarding guests and Resort amenities.
Qualifications:
Must have previous front desk experience
Must be comfortable and confident with computers and phone operations.
Must have excellent customer service skills. (prior experience required)
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must have weekend availability.
Some Evenings Required.
