- Order Entry/ERP Experience
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Minimum of HS Diploma or GED Completed
- Ability to be flexible with duties and responsibilities

Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
Job Description
This person will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and questions promptly. You will provide information about services, build sustainable relationships through interactive communication, and handle customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, returns, and warranties. You will also process order entries and shipments in Epicor, manage customer accounts in the ERP system, and assist in resolving any payment issues.
Work Environment
You will work closely with various departments including Sales, Production, Quality, and Accounting to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will also assist in creating international shipping documents, implement corrective actions to satisfy clients, and improve cost effectiveness of processes and procedures.
