Job Title: Customer Project Coordinator
Location: Cumberland Office, Atlanta, GA
Position Purpose: Responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of all special order and installation projects post-sale.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with customers regarding project status and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous project coordination experience is a plus.
