SIS is seeking an employee to partner with our Customer Relations Specialists and to assist with daily operational processes. The ideal candidate will come to us with keen attention to detail, a strong organizational background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Snapshot of the Position
The Customer Relations Administrator is responsible for facilitating seamless account management processes to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.
- Assist Customer Relations Specialists to ensure timely and error-free daily order document process by distributing quotes and shipping paperwork
- Review incoming order forms for accuracy
- Manage CRA e-mail inbox
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding orders that are waiting for approval
- Track and update order information in SIS order entry system
- Manage outsourcing processes
- Generate daily order status reports in Excel, identify and communicate needed information
- Manage loaner equipment process
- Create purchase orders
- Act as back-up to Office Administrator in various clerical duties, including answering phones and greeting customers
- Provide excellent follow-through and follow-up on outstanding requests and action items

Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations, all with a good attitude. Expected to stand, sit, walk, bend, talk, hear, smell, see, and operate tools, and controls.
How You’ll Be Paid
This position is paid competitively on an hourly basis. Our offer will be determined by your level of experience and expertise. Upon hire, your future financial path will be based on demonstrated abilities and performance, key ingredients in advancing pay.
