JOBPURPOSE:
TheCustomerRelationsRepresentativeisresponsiblefor servingasaliaisonbetweencustomersand sales/service, working directly with customers in the store and on the phone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§Greetcustomersenteringthestoreandassistthem withappropriateproductselectionby providing expert advice aligned to their specific needs.
§Assistwithcustomerevaluationsonallproductlinesanddevelopappropriatesolutionsto individual customer needs.
§Createandfollow-uponsalesleads(bothshortandlong term).
§Workefficientlyandeffectivelywithcustomerstoresolveanyconcernsorissues.
§Assistincultivatingandexpandingrelationshipswith3rdPartyPayorsVA,DVR,LocalPVA, Waiver Programs & MS/UCP/MDA.
§Coordinateandfolloweachsalesorderfromcreationto completion.
§Assistwithallstoreactivities,includingscheduling,maintenance,andorganization.
§Answerinboundphonecallsandifnecessary,forwardtotheproperteammember.
§Filingclientandvendorpaperwork,asnecessary.
§Participateinallrequiredtraining;keepabreastofindustrytrendsandbest practices.
§Refineandmakemoreefficientsalesandreporting processes.
§AssistsalespromotionswithspecifictargetedROItoeffectivelyservemarkets/demographicsin need.
§AttendandpromoteSpinLifeattradeshowsandothercommunitynetworkingevents,as necessary.
§Workwithnecessaryinternalandexternalresourcestoorderand receiveproductenablingjobsto be completed efficiently.
§Adheretoallcompanypoliciesandprocedures,OSHAandothersafety regulations.
§UtilizeNumotionLeadershipPrinciplestoperformjobwithintegrity,compliance,andvalues consistent with Numotion’s mission.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS,SKILLS,ANDEXPERIENCE:
§HighSchoolDiploma/GED.
§Excellentpresentationandinterpersonalcommunicationskills.
§Multi-facetedskillsetinclusiveoftechnicalknowledgeandhandsonproductissueresolution.
§Strongcustomerserviceskills.
PREFERREDCOMPETENCIESANDQUALIFICATIONS:
§Three(3)tofive(5)years customer serviceinthemobility industry.
§Self-starter, highly independentand responsibletoresults.
§Compassion andempathywith customer basearea priority.
