This is a hybrid position that will be based out of our corporate office in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and has the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

About the Position
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will build and maintain strong relationships with NAC's clients, ensuring customer needs are met and contributing to revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the CRM will play a key role in aligning customer goals with NAC's services and acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This position also supports the VP, U.S. Commercial Sales and VP, U.S. Government Sales to enhance NAC's presence across our markets and facilitate communications with our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, maintains a pulse on the relationship, and communicate any identified issues promptly to responsible managers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support key business development initiatives and strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers by understanding their needs and aligning NAC's services with their objectives.
- Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NAC products and services, providing customers with relevant information and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to provide insights to the commercial and government sales teams, driving improvements in customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the VP, U.S. Commercial Sales, and VP, U.S. Government Sales in managing key proposals and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as project management, engineering, operations, fabrication, and finance in regards to meeting customer expectations, views, and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and status within the company's Opportunity Management System (OMS).
- Actively contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing customer relations and overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in a customer relationship management or sales role within the nuclear, energy, or technical services industry. Existing nuclear industry relationships with NAC's client base is a significant plus.
- Experience managing relationships at all levels of an organization, including the C-Suite level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels as well as provide an interface between clients and business units, when needed.
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial and/or government accounts, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of both.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management or Opportunity Management system and MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to drive customer success and identify growth opportunities with clients.
