Coke Florida is looking for a Customer Sales Manager based out of our Hollywood area facility, working the Hollywood, Ft Lauderdale and South Palm Beach locations. We're currently looking for 7am- 5pm shift, working Monday- Friday with weekends based on customer needs.
What You Will Do:
The Customer Sales Manager "CSM" is a comprehensive-selling role that reports into the Territory Sales Leader. The main objective is to penetrate the customer at multiple levels within their organization build relationships and grow our mutual businesses through the sell-in of promotional activity, displays, and local marketing programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and sell to Market Manager and store level decision makers
- Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the customer's organization
- Collaborate with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to support the development of programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives ; where applicable
- Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated customer area and provide feedback to leader on market trends
- Sell-in and implement local, regional, and national marketing programs
- Build frontline engagement with your customer
- Sell in look of success to customer and measure marketplace execution
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
- Build customer and selling capabilities within field organization
For this role, you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least 3 years of consumer goods industry experience, preferably in a sales role
- Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
- Proficient in computer application skills
- Ability to use and understand mobile applications
- Ability to work variable schedule, potential weekends, andholidays
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, asspecified by company
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations inthe last three (3) years*
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use duringemployee working hours
- Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds. Occasional lifting of 50+pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling
- Ability to read information in small, medium, and largeprint
- Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday
Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring)
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to create and conduct sales presentations
- Analytic al t hinking (Strategic, Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving)
- Consumer Goods and Beverage Industry knowledge preferred
- Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with customer
