Customer & Sales Specialist - Roy Metal Finishing

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Primary/or secondary contact for all customer inquiries.
• Provide director customer service and support via all communication mediums.
• Coordinate and process sales orders and request for quotes promptly
• Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and issues expeditiously
• Communicate customer requirements, exceptions, changes, and emergencies promptle
• Responsible for assisting with the customer order management system, including data entry, expediting, and modifying customer orders.

• Resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and manage customer product returns.
• Escalate interaction and involvement with customers that might require additional internal resources.

• Support timely customer quoting by helping internal resources with organization & milestone management within Salesforce.
• Assist in maintaining KPI data & updating internal presentation content.
• Influence & Increase customer utilization of the customer portal.
• Project Lead for technology enhancements of the customer portal that result in efficiency & increased customer satisfaction.
• Review Customer Satisfaction data and assist the team in improving the customer experience.
