About the Job
Our client in the Healthcare/Medical industry is seeking a customer and sales support representative on a direct hire basis. They are located in Wayne, PA and the salary is up to $60K based on education, skills and experience.
The Customer Support role is for a fast paced, growing startup healthcare device company. This role will be customer facing and support the Team. It will also manage the activities of product order fulfillment, shipping, tracking, invoicing and collections. The ideal candidate will work in an office setting rather than a traditional warehouse. There will be daily interaction with the other departments with a broader perspective and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Hours are 9-5 daily in office

Responsibilities:
- Customer & Sales Team Support Responsibilities
- Provides customer support in handling all customer and sales inquiries through phone, email and other channels
- Handles all incoming customer related phone calls
- Entry of new customer accounts into inventory tracking system
- Maintain excellent quality standards and documentation
- Display effective communication skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating and work procedures
- Work with team members for onboarding of new sales hires
- Generate customer invoices
- Provide collections following standard operating procedure
- Support the Sales Team with Customer Reports & Analysis
- Work within Salesforce CRM to input and update data
- Shipping/Fulfillment Responsibilities
- Management of the inbound/outbound flow of product orders as per SOPs
- Fulfillment, packing and shipping of customer orders
- Contact customers to resolve shipping request discrepancies
- Manage incoming finished good receipt, inspection, approval, and shelf stocking
- Manage monthly inventory audits for sales team
- Participate in company Inventory audits as needed
- Manage shipping supplies and shipping area
- BA or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in a Customer Support Team/Role
- Experience working with fast paced, high level sales organization
- Experience working with CRM system, preferably Salesforce CRM
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Operates with a sense of urgency and time sensitivity
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs .
