Summary/Objective
Under general supervision, performs assigned administrative duties, updates and maintains customer and company information on computer systems, processes customer orders, and maintains positive department and customer relations. This position may involve interaction with other departments to ensure order delivery and resolve customer order problems.
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Work effectively under pressure with a wide variety of people.
Respond to all customer inquiries, resolving customer problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow guidelines on processing repairs/returns/exchanges and warranty tracking when initiating repair of customers equipment.
Communicate with customers and sales personnel regarding order status, product availability and information, company policy and pricing.
Work with finance department and sales establishing customer credit terms, verify taxability and assist as needed in resolution of accounts receivable.
Generate customer reports as required.
Must be present and on time displaying a good attitude to do best job.

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level is usually moderate.

Qualifications
Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent.
A minimum of three (3) years order processing or customer service related experience.
Skills/Abilities:
o Proficient with personal computers and database management systems.
o Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibility as needed.
o Ability to work effectively under pressure.
