Client Overview:
Our client is a well-known industrial company specializing in commercial repair, maintenance, and custom design. They are a family-owned business that has been operating for over 50 years. They are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19/hr – $20/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for answering calls and providing customer support to clients. This position will correspond with other companies looking to hire the company for manufacturing needs. The Customer Service Administrator will also assist the Sales department as needed.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Work with the Sales department on any administrative needs.
- Manage office supplies, order inventory, and assist with event planning.
- Preserve Maintenance request forms, proofread and draft proposals for maintenance, and provide recommendations.
- Perform quality checks with clients over the phone upon installation.
- Answer high call volumes, assisting customers in placing orders.
- Understand customer needs and determine the best products.
- Route customers to appropriate teams.
- Dispatch services, schedule, and update invoices.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Administrator:
- 2+ years of Customer Service/Administrative experience.
- Experience handling heavy call volumes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
