Responsibilities:

- Proactively assist existing provider partners and build strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, orders, and requests from providers via phone, email, and digital channels.

- Accurately process provider information, prescriptions, and insurance details to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to coordinate medication orders, shipments, and other provider services.

- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support provider relationships and regulatory compliance.

- Identify opportunities to enhance the provider experience and suggest process improvements to the management team.

- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, patient privacy, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or healthcare experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse provider partners.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of situations.

- Proficient in using computer systems, electronic health records, and other relevant software.

- Commitment to continuous learning and a passion for providing exceptional service to our provider partners.

- Bilingual language skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are a plus.
