Definite Cares LLC is excited to partner with Verizon and expand our team! We are currently looking for high-energy, motivated individuals to join us as Account Executives and Customer Service Agents in Philadelphia and surrounding counties as well as Raleigh, NC, and surrounding counties.

Positions Available:
• Account Executives
• Customer Service Agents
Account Executive Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers for Verizon’s internet and wireless services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service.
• Educate customers on the benefits of Verizon’s products, helping them select the best options for their needs.
• Exceed sales targets through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Stay updated on the latest product and service offerings to ensure accurate customer information.
• Participate in our Leadership Development Program to advance your skills and career.
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding Verizon’s products and services quickly and effectively.
• Provide customers with product education, billing support, and service plan guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications for Both Roles:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Account Executives: Earning potential of $60,000 to $200,000+ based on performance.
• Customer Service Agents: Earning potential of $40,000 to $80,000+ based on performance.
