Title: Customer Service Analyst
Location: 100% remote
Pay Rate: $19 to $24/hour, paid weekly!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST
Training schedule will be the same
Initial Assignment Length: 2 Months contract with possibility for extension

Description:
- This position is for the Client Outbound Team. Focuses on select National Accounts. Assists with outbounds calls on prior authorizations with the goal of getting these prior authorizations overturned and approved. Responsible for reporting on the details of outbound calls and the prior authorizations. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice. Coordinates with account manager to ensure client needs are met. Informs account manager of account status. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team.
