SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Assistant for a food machinery supplier located in Lake Zurich, IL. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders and working the front desk.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:
- Processing customer order confirmations
- Data entry for customer orders
- Tending to the front door/desk. (opening door, greeting visitors, etc.)
- Punctual, detail oriented, team oriented, and proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- At minimum, beginner computer skills. Knowledge of Great Plains software a plus.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
