Currently, we are seeking someone to fill the Customer Service Associate position. This ideal candidate will assist and provide support to the sales team to attract new customers to allow us to grow in new markets. No experience? No problem with Aurora Ripple . We provide full training not only in the fundamentals of business, sales, marketing, and customer service but also in personal growth. We believe not everyone who starts with us is a finished product.
Our Customer Service team is the face of our clients to their high-priority customers. Someone on this team would learn tactics to attract and acquire new business, develop new marketing strategies, and increase customer retention. We have been a trusted partner in our Telecommunication campaign and they put their trust and reputation on the line knowing we can increase their account goals. With a combination of our internal training and the support of the product and service knowledge on behalf of the client, this would be the recipe to train the highly-driven and goal-oriented candidate we are looking for!
