Retail Customer Service Associate
Our firm is currently partnered with a leading retail company in the town area. Due to growth, the team is looking to bring on a Retail Associate for their onsite location.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience
- Greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a positive shopping environment for everyone
- Assists Customers in any way necessary; assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner
- Responds to Customer Service calls immediately
- Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed
- Represents and supports the Company brand at all times

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
