We are currently accepting applications from individuals with experience working in customer service, customer relations, and customer support to work as part of our team. We are currently seeking someone to fill a Customer Service Associate role who is willing to work a full-time schedule. Our top candidates express characteristics such as having an outgoing personality; they are approachable and comfortable working in a team environment. The main focus of the Customer Service Associate position is customer satisfaction, assisting with the sales process, and professional development along the way.
This position will initiate and implement customer service and sales support as needed to ensure that a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are maintained daily. It is an on-site role and Customer Service Associates are responsible for speaking to customers in person.
Duties of the Customer Service Associate:
- Initiate and complete the sales and customer service process by directly communicating with local consumers
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
- Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Process sales orders with high-level accuracy.
- Communicate regularly to the Sales Representative team on goals and progress.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Key Requirements of a Customer Service Associate Candidate:

- Prior customer service experience in a bonus but not required since we do provide full training
- Be able to answer any and all customer inquiries.
- Open to a flexible work schedule.
