About the Job
As the Customer Service Associate you drive profitable sales growth by creating a welcoming environment for all customers and top tier customer service. The Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for all customers, assist in the process of all sales orders, and has an understanding of product/service knowledge provided by our clients. The Customer Service Associates are responsible for creating a culture of engagement and high performance within our Customer Service And Sales department through ongoing training and development.
Core Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Providing detailed information about products and services to all customers by engaging with them direct and having contact with them a daily basis
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions when presenting products and services
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Be a part of the sales process with customers to ensure they are receiving the correct devices, the proper information is notated, and assist with any upgrades
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the clients products or services by attending daily meetings.
- Closing targeted sales and meeting or exceeding sales standards.
- Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and preferences.
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required for this position
- Prior work experience in customer service, sale, or in customer facing role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for when working with customers and demonstrating services
- Professionalism is to be executed at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to necessary changes
- Organization skills
