Bluebird Self Storage is continuing to grow in Southern Maine! We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in our Scarborough, ME location. The hours and days we are looking to fill are Monday and Tuesday evenings from 3PM-8PM.

Our Customer Service Associates (CSA) are the face of our organization, and therefore are expected to be team players with outstanding customer service skills. The CSA operates the front desk, performs routine administrative work, and assists with maintaining the cleanliness of our facility.
Your role here at Bluebird would entail:
· Deliver superior customer service, to both new and existing customers, over the phone, in person, and in email correspondence
· Possess a clear understanding of facility amenities and any ongoing specials
· Assist customers with determining their storage needs
· Rent storage units to meet company goals and sell related storage merchandise
· Monitor surveillance cameras to ensure facility is safe and secure
· Perform routine facility walk-throughs, both interior and exterior throughout shift
· Maintain and clean the facility
· Conduct end of month walkthrough, ensuring empty units are reflected on the floorplan and have been vacated in the system
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Must be a team player
· Excellent customer service skills; the ability to adapt and respond to various tenant situations
· Experience within the self-storage industry, although not required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
· Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
· Proficient computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Must be able to sit, bend, twist, lift (25 lbs.), walk, etc.
