What you WOULD do as a CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTER Representative
As a Customer Service/Call Center Representative at Christian Community Credit Union, you will play a vital role in proactively educating members on CCCU products and services. Utilizing your product knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will engage in rapport dialogue to effectively showcase how our account types can benefit our members. By providing exceptional service across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and SMS, you will ensure that every member interaction exceeds expectations.
