Customer Service Center Warehouse Coordinator - GMS

We’re now hiring a Customer Service Center Warehouse Coordinator at Victoriaville & Co in Pittsburgh, PA!

We are now the most important casket manufacturer in Canada, and 3rd in North America. Our growth and expansion in the American market brings us to invest in a new manufacturing plant and a commemorative products distribution center in the USA. This position’s general mandate is to ensure that our customers receive our products on time and with zero defect in terms of quality and quantity. To achieve these goals, it is the responsibility of the CSC Coordinator to supervise our and optimize our distribution activities in that CSC.

Pay: Starting at $21 - $25 depending on experience

Typical day in the life as a Customer Service Center Warehouse Coordinator:

• Responsible for the proper stocking and distribution of our finished goods in CSC PA, at the lowest possible costs. This responsibility includes assuring maintenance and cleanliness of the required facilities.
• Responsible for the delivery of our caskets and other funeral products to our customers at the right moment. Will be required to drive delivery truck.
• Must understand and meet the expectations and requirements of customers. Using firsthand customer information to meet customers' needs while providing the highest quality products and services
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of our delivery trucks. Ensuring that the cleanliness and appearance of our delivery vehicles reflects the standards and expectations of Victoriaville & co.
• Ensures that all caskets are properly inspected and prepared before shipment, must be able to make minor repairs to damaged units. Must have the ability to record damages and follow company directive for returning units to vendors

What are we looking for?

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehousing and/or distribution functions.
• Delivery truck driving experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the Pittsburgh area for routing.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear. The employee may be required to frequently drive a delivery vehicle for long periods of time. The employee must be able to handle, lift, and load caskets up to approximately 100lbs
