Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Seviroli Foods. This position will be pivotal in supporting our Sales team, Customer Service, and CEO. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in the manufacturing sector, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• MS Office proficiency. Most customer and internal communications are done via email in Outlook
• Accurate data entry and typing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate and build customer and internal relationships
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  1. Ensure orders (manual and EDI) are processed with proper pricing and promotions – coordinate with Finance as needed
  2. Review shortage report and production schedule – communicate with customers and coordinate order changes with 3^rd party warehouses and the internal Logistics team
  3. Track and manage shipments to customers to ensure on-time delivery
  4. Reply to customer requests promptly, including pricing, specs or POS, shipment tracking, invoice copies, etc.
  5. Coordinate with other departments, such as Purchasing and Quality Assurance, to complete projects and requests
• Sales Support:
  1. Complete new items or new customer paperwork as needed
  2. Communicate special pricing schedules to Finance and distributor(s)
• Other job duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree. preferred
• Experience in a Food/Beverage Manufacturing environment preferred
