Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the frontline ambassador, handling high-volume, multi-line calls with a warm, professional demeanor. You'll identify caller needs and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Visitor Management: Welcome and assist on-site visitors, determining their needs and guiding them to the right department or office. You'll also maintain the appearance of our lobby, conference rooms, and other public spaces, ensuring a professional environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist in payment processing, file organization, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining organized records and managing various databases.
- Operational Support: Collaborate on special projects and assist in creating detailed reports, focusing on homeowner boards, employee and owner information, and website updates. Additionally, contribute to the coordination and scheduling of virtual meetings.
- Client Relations: Uphold our commitment to exceptional service, interacting respectfully and professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues, always striving for excellence in both internal and external customer interactions.
