Administrative Support Customer Service
Contract 30 hours weekly, 6+ months with the possibility to go Temp to Direct
Role is 100% onsite with start times, at 9:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 or 3:30 p.m.
The day is split between, administrative duties such as answering phones and following up on customer orders. The second half of the day will be supporting the Shipping/Receiving Department with packing products and creating shipping labels.
The position requires excellent communication skills, to listen to customer requests, track shipments, load product. The selected candidate must be able to walk the clients plant, lift small packages >20 lbs.
The ideal candidate will have a Shipping Receiving Background, with excellent customer service skills
