Job Title: Emergency Dispatcher-MRP
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Job description:
Call Center experience with Dispatch emergency claims and day to day claims to vendors within our contract network; follow up on requests, must have great customer service skills, tone, voice inflection, etc. and willing to work on call 7 days per week and there will be extended hours(more than 40 hours per week)
Shift timings: 12 to 9 PM EST and should be comfortable to provide on call support whenever required post 9 PM EST
Must be Self-motivated, able to work OT as needed. nights and weekend on call, customer service, collections, computer experience, any property claims (even FNOL) is a plus
Note: DO NOT SHARE ANY ADJUSTER PROFILES OR PROPERTY CLAIMS PROFILES.
