Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the efficient scheduling and dispatching of field technicians and service personnel
• Monitor and track technician locations, job progress, and completion status in real-time
• Prioritize and assign service calls based on urgency, technician availability, and geographical location
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to optimize routes and improve efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and courteously
