Customer Service/Dispatch Rep

$20-$25 per hour

Fully onsite position

Please note schedule below:

4/10s and rotating 8-week schedule

They will work one of these shifts for 8 weeks, then switch to the other:

Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 6 pm

Wednesday to Saturday 7:30 am to 6 pm

Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling, answering calls, and processing job work orders. Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule technicians for various jobs.
• Dispatch and track work orders.
• Process billing and ensure proper charges to work orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-up.
• Assist with administrative tasks like credit card processing and accounts receivable.
• Maintain and manage service programs.
• Confirm and manage customer service calls.

Qualifications: Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
