What you will be doing:

Join our team as a Customer Service Dry Ice Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our customer service department. Your primary focus will be ensuring our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction through phone, in-person, and email communication. As a representative of all CK Supply products and services, particularly in our Dry Ice business, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing technical know-how and creative solutions to meet their needs.

In this role, you'll engage with a wide variety of customer requests, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and work closely with our Sales Team to ensure accurate orders and superior service. You'll also have the opportunity to support customers on-site, become well-versed in Dry Ice blasting equipment, and contribute to our business growth by researching new opportunities and generating leads.
What we are looking for:
We're seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fields such as compressed gases, chemicals, food and beverage, industrial distribution, or technical sales. You should be comfortable with frequent communication, both written and verbal, and have a strong desire to help others. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations are essential. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- 3+ years of experience within a similar field is preferred including but not limited to compressed gases, chemicals, food and beverage, parts or equipment, industrial distribution, technical sales or customer service within a business-to-business transaction environment.
- Comfortable maintaining frequent communication with a variety of internal and external contacts
- Strong ability to comprehend written information and write accurately to complete paperwork
- Must have a strong desire to help others and become a resource for customers and employees
- Utilize creative solutions to assist with customer problem-solving
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effectively plan the workday based on order priorities
- Interest in developing new skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit confidence, flexibility and assertiveness
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and remaining levelheaded in high stress situations
- Ability to work in a collaborative (team) environment and independently
- Ability to learn and use computer software programs fast and accurately
- Ability to stoop, twist, bend, kneel, and lift merchandise/equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle materials for an entire shift if needed
