Our client, is looking for a customer service representative to join their team.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Syracuse NY
Pay Range: up to $21.50hr depending on experience
What’s the Job?
- Assist in walk in customers
- Verify order information and input into the main database
- Answer all sales calls and provide quotes
- Research product for customers
What’s Needed?
- Must have relatable experience
- Knowledge of materials experience is a plus
- A strong positive problem solving personality
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma with some college course work
