About the Job
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Customer Service Field Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our services to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels including networking, in-store sale, and outside sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Work closely with the consulting services team to develop proposals and quotes for potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive edge in the market
- Attend conferences and networking events to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Experience preferably in the customer service or sales industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
- High-energy, friendly personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to become subject matter expert
