Printing equipment and supplies distribution warehouse is offering a long-term position for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
Job Duties:
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Assist customers (clients) with calls
• Perform general office duties: take orders, answer questions, will answer and direct incoming calls.
Requirements:
• Computer Skills
• Good phone etiquette
• Good communications and professionalism
• Experience in filing, sending emails, completing forms/paperwork, etc.
• This is a long-term position, seeking candidates who are committed for the duration of the assignment.
