Schedule: Monday – Friday (Required weekends through peak season)
Compensation: $41K - $62k (DOE) & Commission Potential

Job Summary:
Our ability to provide "Total Energy Solutions" is dependent on maintaining the product knowledge necessary to continually serve our customers and their energy needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Ability to multitask while offering our customers the latest information on energy solution trends.
- Complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Interact with customers and coworkers in a respectful and courteous manner.
- Educate and upsell customers proactively on products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain customer information respecting confidentiality and use customer information for the context of assigned duties.
- Interact with customers through a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs and requests, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide first call resolution.
- Collaborate with peers and supporting departments to identify and quickly resolve issues.
- Recommend new ideas and approaches to help achieve best practices and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
- Provide support to aide in the completion of essential customer focused tasks and projects.
- Aide in building and promoting a positive team environment that promotes cross functional teamwork.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center Environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication.
- Salesforce (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
