Responsibilities

Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
Policy Recommendations: Utilize your knowledge of insurance products and policies to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
Documentation: Accurately record client information, policy details, and interactions in our system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and support the overall agency goals.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and exceptional service.
Positive Attitude: A positive and inviting demeanor, with a genuine desire to help and exceed client expectations.
