CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 6:00pm or as demand requires
Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hr
Location: T ucker, GA 30084
We are currently seeking candidates for a Customer Service & Logistics position in manufacturing with the key duties and skills listed below:
Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator- Job Duties include:
• Work with cross functional teams to determine/verify product specifications, pricing, packaging, and delivery
• Schedule transportation/trucking needs
• Create shipping documents/paperwork for domestic and export shipments
• Communicate with logistics companies globally to facilitate import and export transactions
• Responsible for billing, replacements, and product returns
• Provide pricing and delivery information to customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries sand keep record of customer interactions and transactions, as well as taking the proper actions for resolution.
• Required to review inventory status and notify customer of changes to their original request or pending delays
• Assists in answering questions on protocols
• Acts as liaison between Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics and Administrative departments
Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator- Requirements may include:
• Bachelors Degree required (Logistics experience a plus)
• 1-2 years customer service experience in manufacturing
• Must exhibit professionalism, be dependable, analytical, and able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and work independently
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and have good organizational skills
• Strong computer skills are essential – Sage EM a plus
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and assist in other job duties as assigned
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00
