Full-time Customer Service Management Trainee openings encompass the following:
- Assist customers based on their specific needs: recommending products and services, answering customer questions, and informing customers of current deals and promotions.
- Handle confidential customer information such as an address, phone number, and personal payment information.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve customer experience, increase profit margins, and find solutions to better suit their customer’s needs
- Attend daily meetings and training sessions to stay on top of industry trends and any new deals and promotions.
What Is Required From A Customer Service Management Trainee:
- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Exceptional people skills, not afraid to break out of one's shell
- Possess high levels of independence
- Strong sense of professionalism and moral compass
- Self-starter with the ability to see the big picture while not losing touch with daily operations
