Customer Service Manager-Entry Level
The day-to-day:
- Act as an ambassador for clients, connecting customers to their brand, mission, and products/services
- Provide new and existing customers with support and necessary information
- Complete sales transactions
- Establish excellent rapport with customers
- Document appropriate information for clients and internal management
- Establish and achieve sales targets
- Contribute to daily team environments, expanding skillsets and leadership tools
