This individual will be physically in the office M-F from 8am – 5pm. They need to have reliable transportation every day (note: I know you have been here years back, but we not located in a place that is suitable for public transportation unfortunately).
Additional info:
- Candidate should have managerial background with experience overseeing a team of customer service representatives (which will include employee training).
- Candidate will be overseeing CS rep in our Hungarian office.
- Candidate should have experience with handling escalated matters including customer complaints as well as employee to employee complaint.
- Candidate should have experience with performance reporting (which will include metrics {KPI}, progress, etc..)
- Candidate will be working with field service team to dispatch engineers into the field. This is heavy coordination of logistics including sending parts out, researching and scheduling flights and other accommodations.
- Candidate needs to have high level administrative experience with ability to multi-task while utilizing conflict resolution, creative problem-solving means and delivering understanding and empathy.
