Background:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution or related discipline
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with at least five years of experience in customer service or inside sales leadership roles.
• Previous experience in wholesale distribution or manufacturing customer service / inside sales
• Proven track record of working with high-performing teams, with a focus on training and development to enhance team skills.
• Ability to define measurable goals, build analytics, and meet/exceed customer service expectations.
• Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, particularly advanced Excel skills, to effectively utilize data and analytics.
• ERP Experience: Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems, complemented by strong communication skills to facilitate system utilization and integration.
