MUST:
Experienced Customer Service Manager - Sales
5 plus years of customer service
3 years of a sales manager's role or project management experience
Strong communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Experience in sales and negotioation
DUTIES:
Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service
Manage customer interactions, questions and complaints across all channels
Retain and build long term relationships
Identify and analyze customer needs and expectations
Work with sales agents in order to improve the customers experience
Monitor business competitors
