Direct a team of application testers and identify opportunities for system improvements to support the exceptional experience our customers love.

Position Responsibilities 

• Manage, mentor and develop team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.

• Ensure existing systems and processes are adhered to, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.

• Serve as a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years of management experience in operations or customer experience, including coaching, developing and motivating a team.

• Experience with project management, IT testing methodology and systems implementations preferred.

• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
