Job Title: Trans Loading Operations Manager

- Arrange shipments as requested by customers, ensuring alignment with company sales goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
