Duration: 12 Months contract (Hybrid 2 days Onsite/week)
Job Description:
Our Subscriber Services team is responsible for configuring member services for our Equities, Options, and FINRA/TRF trading protocols. This role involves researching and responding to customer inquiries, providing training on company’s products, and troubleshooting configuration issues.
Responsibilities:
· Research and respond to all inquiries from both internal and external customers using various support tools.
· Provide assistance/training to customers in all facets of client’s businesses including the use of all exchange services and ancillary products.
· Provide customer support for all configuration issues on all company’s protocols.
· Provide client assistance on specific functionality for all new and existing company’s protocols.
· Responsible for making regular process improvements in all facets of the group’s daily duties.
· Drive new ideas and product initiatives within the department.
Experience:
· Financial services experience
· Interest in capital markets
Skills:
· Customer Service
· Call Center
· Financial Product knowledge (Equity, fund, derivatives)
Education:
· Experience and/or a degree a plus but not necessary:
o Associate’s degree with 1-3 years customer service experience
o Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years customer service experience
