Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: La Porte, Indiana (100% onsite)
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! If you enjoy helping customers and have experience managing orders, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking Orders: Process customer orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order Status Updates: Check the status of orders and provide updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Order Entry: Efficiently enter orders into the system while maintaining data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Shipping and Parts Departments: Work closely with the shipping and parts teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or order entry role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders at once.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to meet deadlines.
- ERP experience is a plus. SAP is a plus plus!
