Job Description
Summary of major responsibilities.
- Answering incoming customer phone calls
- Processing orders over the phone and by mail
- Data entry.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
- Manage & update customer databases
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Office-related duties such as making copies and scanning documents
Qualifications include.
- Organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Position
- Hours are Monday- Friday
- 9 am-6 pm (with one-half day)
- 9 am-1 pm on Scheduled Saturdays.
- Typical work week is 40 hours.
