Meineke has a new position opened for a Customer Service Receptionist. You will be the first impression of many of our customers’ experience.
This new position will play a vital role in the continued success of our team. Our perfect candidate will be a dynamic multitasker with excellent communication skills, confident, and detail oriented with a winning attitude and a professional appearance with experience in customer service providing the best care possible to our customers.

Customer Service Receptionist Responsibilities:
Customer communication - Answering phone calls, greeting customers, receiving incoming customer vehicles, customer follow-up
Scheduling: Setting appointment date and time, identifying and documenting customer needs, establish and build relationships
Other: Assist other front desk staff, keep workspaces neat and clean per organizational and regulatory requirements, as assigned
