Position:Customer Service AgentDirect Hire

Location:Far North Dallas - 100% onsite role

Pay:$18/hr; $19/hr for Spanish Bilingual Candidates

Schedule:Flexible to work any shift between 10 AM and 10 PM, any day of the week.

Most shifts will start at 11am or later, and you will work at least one weekend day per week

What You ll Do:

Take inbound calls to assist customers with ticket sales and tech support.

Help customers with everything from linking tickets to accounts to answering questions about parking, event schedules, and seating options.

Be the friendly voice that ensures our customers have the best experience possible!

What We re Looking For:

At least 2 years of high call volume customer service experience.

Prefer 2 years in tech support.

A stable work history with excellent attendance.

A friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
