A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Customer Service Rep, you play a vital role in our office. You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard. You receive incoming client calls while multitasking with a computer program to enter the data while talking to customers. Using a script and relaying how their service call is going to work. Your goal is to provide prompt, convenient service as well as to maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You respond to emails, collect payments, pull permits, and do any research that needs to be done. Your inner organizer loves the sense of order you create throughout the day. You get great satisfaction making sure that our customers are happy!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / DISPATCHER

• Verifiable experience in a fast-paced customer service/scheduling & dispatch position
• Customer service skills
• Great Multitasker
