This position requires resolving basic customer requests with the ability to explain basic company policies to customers in a pleasant and professional manner, identify who will handle more complex calls and transfer accordingly. The rep will refer sales leads. May use FPL s Predictive Dialer System to contact all types of customers regarding their past due accounts and respond to their requests, inquiries or complaints. Position emphasizes public relations (Assist Agencies Inquiries & MESP) and effective Revenue Risk Management as well as provides a variety of information regarding the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering Inbound Calls:
"
Payment Processing: Handle payments from customers efficiently and ensure accuracy.
"
Bill Explanations: Provide clear and concise explanations of customer bills.
"
Service Calls: Manage stop service calls and schedule turn-ons for holdover customers during seasonal periods.
"
Voicemail Management: Return voicemails related to general activities such as payments and bill explanations.
2. Check Processing:
"
Ensure timely processing of received checks.
"
Adapt to the transition to lockbox processing, while continuing to handle direct payments as required.
3. Managing Customer Service Email Inbox:
"
Credit Card Processing: Process single-use credit cards.
"
Bill & Service Requests: Handle bill explanations, stop service requests, and callback requests.
"
Invoice Requests: Respond to invoice requests and forward emails to the appropriate parties.
4. Sales Support:
"
Seasonal Scheduling: Schedule seasonal turn-offs in the spring based on provided lists.
"
Post-Deal Processing: Manage post-deal activities after marking deals as WON in PipeDrive.
"
Renewal Agreements: Enter renewal agreements into FireBill and send confirmations to customers.
"
Customer Enrollment: Enroll new customers and assist with renewal rate plan entry for large customers.
"
Ownership Transfers: Manage ownership transfers, especially for accounts with multiple meters once at an expert level.
5. Office Management:
"
Act as the office representative, ensuring supplies like coffee and snacks are well-stocked.
6. Executive Assistant Duties:
"
Travel Arrangements: Handle travel bookings and logistics.
"
Schedule Management: Maintain and manage the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments.
"
Expense Reporting: Process and report expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
"
Administrative Support: Provide additional support to the executive as required, such as preparing documents, setting up conference calls, and other administrative tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
"
While initial tasks are outlined, the role may evolve to include additional duties as identified by supervisors.
"
The ideal candidate should be open to developing their skills and responsibilities over time.
Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Positive attitude and adaptability to new tasks and changing responsibilities.

Basic understanding of check processing and credit card transactions.
