About the Job
- Department: Auxiliary
- Schedule: Part-time evenings: Saturday and Sunday 11:30am - 8:00pm, holidays included. There will be an occasional 8:00 am-8:00pm shift.
- Hospital: Ascension St John
- Location: Tulsa, OK
Perform a variety of customer service functions.
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
- Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers.
- May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
- Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
- Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
- Maintain records as appropriate.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Experience:
- Great customer service skills
- Great listener
- Computer skills a must
